These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura Chef mobile application (the "App"), operated by Jamie Jacobs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Aura Chef is a free, single-player cooking and recipe-discovery game. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We currently do not charge for the App and do not offer in-app purchases; if that changes in the future, we will update these Terms and any purchases will be governed by the App Store's terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may play as a guest or create an account using passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email associated with your account and for activity that occurs under it. Notify us at shawn.siegel2@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The App includes virtual items and in-game currency (such as "Aura," ingredients, recipes, and packs). These items:

The App and all of its content — including artwork, characters, recipes, music, code, and the "Aura Chef" name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that your data will always be preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the App. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed US $25.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
